These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of services by Aligned Physiotherapy. By booking an appointment or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Aligned Physiotherapy provides mobile physiotherapy services across:
Adelaide
Adelaide Hills
We provide services to private clients, NDIS participants, and aged care clients.
2. Appointments & Bookings
Appointments may be made via:
Phone
Email
Website enquiry form
Referral from a health professional
Appointment times are confirmed upon booking. We will make reasonable efforts to attend at the scheduled time; however, delays may occasionally occur due to clinical circumstances or travel conditions.
3. Fees & Payment
Fees are charged in accordance with:
Our current private fee schedule
The current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits (where applicable)
Payment terms:
Private clients: Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed.
NDIS plan-managed clients: Invoices will be sent to the nominated plan manager.
NDIS self-managed clients: Payment is due within 7 days of invoice.
Late payments may incur administrative follow-up.
Aligned Physiotherapy reserves the right to update fees at any time. Updated fee schedules will be provided in advance where possible.
4. Cancellation & Non-Attendance Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Where less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, the full appointment fee may be charged, including:
Private clients
NDIS participants (in accordance with NDIS guidelines)
Cancellations due to medical emergencies or exceptional circumstances may be considered at our discretion.
5. Home Visit Requirements (Mobile Service)
As a mobile provider, clients agree to:
Provide a safe environment for treatment
Ensure pets are secured during the session
Provide adequate space for assessment and treatment
Inform us of any known risks at the property
Aligned Physiotherapy reserves the right to cease or decline services if safety risks are identified.
6. Consent to Treatment
By engaging our services, you consent to:
Physiotherapy assessment and treatment
The collection of relevant personal and health information
Communication with relevant members of your care team (where appropriate)
You may withdraw consent at any time.
All services are provided in accordance with professional standards set by:
Physiotherapy Board of Australia
Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
7. NDIS Participants
For participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, services are delivered in accordance with:
The participant’s NDIS plan
Applicable NDIS service agreements
Relevant standards of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission
Where a Service Agreement is in place, that agreement will operate alongside these Terms & Conditions.
8. Privacy
Aligned Physiotherapy handles personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legislation, including the Privacy Act 1988.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
Services are provided with due care and skill in accordance with professional standards.
Aligned Physiotherapy is not liable for outcomes that are outside reasonable clinical control.
Clients are responsible for following clinical advice and home exercise programs provided.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
10. Intellectual Property
All reports, treatment plans, educational materials, and website content remain the intellectual property of Aligned Physiotherapy unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Documents prepared for clients may not be altered or reproduced for commercial purposes without consent.
11. Changes to Services
Aligned Physiotherapy reserves the right to:
