Yes. Physiotherapy can be very effectively delivered in your own home.
We bring all essential portable equipment with us, such as resistance bands, hand weights, ankle weights, balance equipment and small functional tools. Sessions are tailored to your home environment, which actually makes treatment highly practical and relevant to your daily life.
We can use your existing furniture (chairs, benches, steps, hallways) to practise real-life movements like transfers, walking, stairs and balance. This helps improve strength, mobility and confidence in the exact space you move in every day.
Home physiotherapy is ideal for maintaining independence, reducing falls risk, supporting recovery after illness or hospitalisation, and for anyone who finds travelling to a clinic difficult.

Sessions are offered either 1:1 or in small groups at my home studio.
In 1:1 sessions, the program is fully tailored to your individual goals, injuries, and ability level, with hands-on guidance and close supervision to ensure correct technique and progression.
Small group sessions (limited numbers) still provide personalised attention in a supportive, welcoming environment. This is a great option for friends, couples, family members or other wanting to motivate one another whilst making it more affordable.
